The Everlasting Light

    The darkness was gone by then. All what I could see was a stream of bright rays. I waited so long behind those night windows… I thought that I will never see the Sun again. The night sky used to bear my sighs and then it slowly faded into the harsh ocean of dark. The darkness was killing me slowly… Moments passed. I don’t know what happened suddenly, but I felt something magical. A gusty wind broke the deathly silence of the night and it surrounded me. It loosened the shackles of pain from my heart. The Eastern sky slowly came brighter and brighter. The darkness stepped backward… and the sound of the ocean was now like a symphony, birds sang once again. And then a heavenly ray of sunlight plunged itself into the sky and sided the dark clouds. There was you. I saw you. You arrived with the light. The door of my prison became unlocked at your presence. You softly touched my heart and the shackles melted. You breathed life in that numb heart. It was miracle. It started beating again. I knew from then, my world will never remain the same, because YOU became my  world, my entire universe, you became my existence. You broke the dark curse. I was able to feel the rain again, to breath the winds again, I was able to love again… and the heart chose only you. It was a very strong feeling, I never felt before! The whole world went blurred and I saw only you. As you whispered those magical words to me, you evoked the lost inspiration in me, gave a reason to live. You was the reason and you always will be from now. 

Seas between us were unable to keep us away from each other…. Every fragment of my soul wants to be with you forever and ever after, and whenever I become weary, this heart reminds me that you are waiting for me… and thus the pain fades…
      Your steps in my life created a whole new era, brought a new dawn, made me alive… and now if you leave me, I will be lost again in the dark, this time forever, because now I just can not survive without you.
